What You’ll Need:
Jade Leaf Matcha Organic Culinary Grade Matcha Powder
Zulay Handheld Milk Frother
Tips:
- Use peppermint extract, not peppermint oil; extract is much less concentrated
- Start with just 1/8 tsp peppermint extract and adjust to taste
- This also works beautifully iced, skip the hot water, and shake with ice
Frequently Asked Questions:
Can I make this iced?
Absolutely. Whisk the matcha with a small amount of cold water, add peppermint extract and sweetener, pour over ice, then top with cold frothed milk.
What milk works best?
Oat milk creates the creamiest froth for lattes. Whole dairy milk also froths very well.
